Do I need an appointment to get my taxes done?

Appointments are not needed. Simply complete an intake sheet found on our website and drop your information off to our office. Our office hours can also be found on our website. we also have a dropbox on the front of our building for after hour drop offs.

Are you accepting new clients? 

Yes, we are accepting clients for the 2025 tax filing year.

What are your fees to prepare my taxes?

Personal income tax returns start at $135.  This price includes federal, state, school and city filings, as well as electronic filing.  

What information do I need to get my taxes done?

  1. A completed Intake Sheet (If dropping off, please allow an additional 5-10 minutes to complete)  

  2. Address, email and valid phone number for us to reach you. 

  3. SSN and a copy of your Driver's license is required by the State of Ohio to cut down on identity theft.

  4. Bank Routing number and Account number for direct deposit of refunds

  5. Education Expenses and Form 1098-T from the College/University, if applicable.  

  6. If using direct deposit, please include a voided check.

  7. If you used your HSA during the tax year, please provide a copy of Form 1099-SA

  8. If you were on marketplace health insurance, we need a copy of Form 1095-A
